1. 50% advance payment on a service agreement prior one week ahead to make your reservation confirmed.

2. The advance payment is non refundable upon your cancellation.

3. All the payable charges and service fees are to be settle on the last day of the agreed service.

4. When city electricity is out the fans and lighting will be provided while air-conditioning will not be available.

5. Self – arrangements of outside catering services would not be allowed.

6. Additional hours of room use beyond the normal time limitation will be charged separately.

7. Following types of special request should be requested one day ahead.

1) vegetarian 2) allergic to particular types of food 3) special care for disability.

8. The commercial tax has been included in all of service items.

 

၁။ အခန္းငွားသည့္ရက္အား အတည္ျပဳရန္အတြက္ Service Agreement ျပဳလုပ္၍ ခန္႔မွန္းကုန္က်စရိတ္၏ ၅၀% စရံေငြကို သတ္မွတ္ရက္မတိုင္မီ တစ္ပါတ္အလိုတြင္ ေပးသြင္းရပါမည္။

၂။ ေပးသြင္းထားသည့္ စရံေငြအား အစည္းအေ၀းမလုပ္ျဖစ္ပါက ျပန္အမ္းမည္မဟုတ္ပါ။

၃။ စုစုေပါင္း ကုန္က်စရိတ္အားလံုးကို အစည္းအေ၀းၿပီးဆံုးသည့္ ေနာက္ဆံုးေန႔ရက္တြင္ ေပးေခ်ရပါမည္။

၄။ လွ်ပ္စစ္မီး ျပတ္ေတာက္သြားပါက Projector ႏွင့္ Lighting မ်ား ပံုမွန္အတိုင္း ဆက္လက္အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ပါသည္။ ပန္ကာမ်ားလည္း စီစဥ္ေပးပါမည္။ (Air Con မရပါ)

၅။ ျပင္ပမွ အစားအေသာက္မ်ား မိမိအစီအစဥ္ျဖင့္ မွာယူ၍ မရပါ။

၆။ အစည္းအေ၀းခန္းမ်ားအား သတ္မွတ္ပံုမွန္ခ်ိန္ထက္ ေက်ာ္လြန္၍အသံုးျပဳလိုပါက နာရီပိုင္း အခ်ိန္ပိုေၾကးျဖင့္ ထပ္မံ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ ပါသည္။

၇။ အထူး စီစဥ္ရန္လိုအပ္သည့္ အေၾကာင္းအရာမ်ားကို အနည္းဆံုး တစ္ရက္ ႀကိဳတင္အသိေပး အေၾကာင္းၾကား ထားေပးရန္ လိုအပ္ပါသည္ (ဥပမာ – သက္သတ္လြတ္၊ မတည့္ေသာအစားအစာမ်ား၊ မသန္စြမ္းသူမ်ားအတြက္ လိုအပ္ေသာ အထူးအစီအမံမ်ား … စသည္)

၈။ စကား၀ါ၏ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားေရာင္းခ်သည့္ ေစ်းႏႈန္းတိုင္းတြင္ ကုန္သြယ္လုပ္ငန္းခြန္ ထည့္သြင္းေကာက္ခံၿပီးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
